We have eaten here twice during our week in Mevagissey. On both occasions the food and service were excellent. The restaurant was quiet as it was early January, so there wasn't a great deal of atmosphere, but I'm sure that would be different later in the year. We would definitely return.

An Outstanding Indian Dining Experience!** Mevagissey Spice is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve visited in a long time. From the first bite to the last, every dish was packed with authentic flavors, perfect spice levels, and generous portions. We tried a variety of dishes, including the **chicken tikka (dry)**, **mushroom pathia**, **chicken korma**, and **chicken & spinach balti**—all of which were absolutely spot-on. The **chicken tikka masala balti** was a standout, rich and aromatic, paired perfectly with the **mushroom rice** and **chicken tikka rice**. Even the sides impressed—the **garlic cheese naan** and **plain naan** were fresh and delicious, though the **keema naan** was the only slight letdown (still decent, just not as memorable as the rest). The spices were expertly balanced, the meats tender, and the sauces deeply flavorful without being overly heavy. Portion sizes were great, leaving us fully satisfied. Service was friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made for a relaxed meal. If you’re in Mevagissey and craving top-tier Indian cuisine, don’t miss this place—I’ll definitely be back! **Final Verdict:** 10/10 for taste, quality, and value. A must-visit for curry lovers!

After a tiring day we decided to get food to take out. Wow. Chicken pieces were very large and the 2 dishes we got were the best we’ve had for a long time. On holiday but wish this was my local. Gorgeous food. Generous portions. The man who took the order was lovely too and went to open the door for us when we were leaving. Lovely place.
